  • I offered a few spoonfuls of purreed zucchini around 8 mos or so. He was slightly interested. He'd eat a few bites every few days, until around 11 months, when we discovered he LOVED plain yogurt. Then he began eating every day.

  • i guess i started a little early. but DS would absolutely scream when watching us eat regular food. so i started with cereal and BM. then from there mashed bananas for a while. o i started around 4 months. he was sitting supported (actually sat alone at 5 months). so he took to eating really well. he ate jarred food (or some homemade baby food) until he started getting teeth. i gave him some finger foods around 8 months. veggies steamed (or soft like green beans avacado etc) and fruits. now he eats what we do at meal times. with a few exceptions due to allergies like tomato foods and of course no peanut butter and things like that. he's 10 months now and has 2 bottom teeth and his two top front teeth are starting to poke through.

  • I gave rice cereal at 4 months. Just like atable spoon or so. Then just gradually introduced more fruits and veggies, now at 7 months she eats 2 or 3 times a day. Sometimes only once if she isn't interested
