  • If they have any premarinated chicken or turkey, grab a package of that. Cut it into chunks. Saute with all the marinade. Deglaze the pan (you can use cream, milk, wine, broth, whatever will loosen the brown bits and add flavor).

    Cook a package of egg noodles or rotini pasta. Drain. Dump the meat and sauce over the noodles/pasta and toss.

    Serve with prepackaged salad or make your own (OR steam some frozen veggies).

  • Chicken thighs. Dump a can of cream of mushroom soup and a little milk over it. Bake 350. Serve with wild rice (uncle ben's $1.99) and some green beans!
