1. stop caffeine, alcohol, and cigarettes
2. eat more dark leafy veggies- especially sea weed
3. regulate your hormones naturally by avoiding wheat and gluten, soy, and conventionally farmed meat, poultry, fish, and dairy
4. take a zinc and folic acid supplement
5. take raspberry leaf tea daily
This is how I got pregnant. My partner does everything but the tea. We ate this way with the supplement for 2 months before trying and got pregnant on our first try.
