That's a tough one lol. My meals have to be low fat, low sodium and dairy-free. I have found a few meals both I and my family really love. First one is roast chicken with lemon slices and sage leaves shoved up under the skin, adn serve with roasted potatoes tossed with a little bit of olive oil and rosemary, and fresh corn on the cob. My next favorite meal is what I call healthy Thanksgiving lol. I take turkey tenderloins and rub them with Mrs Dash italian seasoning. Bake them til they just reach 180. Serve with baked sweet potatoes, a brand of potato rolls I buy that are low fat and fairly low sodium, a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. Yum.
