has anyone else heard of the nutrient Lysine.. used to prevent.. the regular flu AND the Swine flu.. i guess it help the Immune SYSTEM.

  • Lysine is an antioxidant found in very common foods, like tomato ketchup. Antioxidants are supposed to help our bodies fight off illness by maintaing healthy cells. I use a product that has the highest number of ORAC in the industry..and so far have stayed feeling great. I suggest we all work on staying healthy, however we can manage!

    Lysine is an amino acid; Lycopene is the anti-oxidant found in tomatoes.

    There is some evidence that Lysine has some antiviral properties.
