  • Well, Lansinoh is pure lanolin derived from sheep's wool which may go against some vegan belief. Maybe some jojoba, coconut or olive oil? I guess shea wouldn't be good because it is technically a nut oil......Did you google it?

  • The best thing to do for nipples if you are breast feeding is to express a small amount of milk and spread it over your nipples and allow to dry. Breast milk is super healing!
