Son will be 5 on Oct 30th
    Wakes between 730-8am
goes to bed somewhere in the 9pm range
has a mandatory rest/quiet time from approx. 130-330, dependent upon little sisters nap. Needs to be quiet/in bed reading entire time she is sleeping. About 3 days a month he's tired enough to nap as well

    Daughter is 3years 3mos.
    Wakes between 830-9am
goes to bed somewhere in the 9pm range
naps approx 130-330 sometimes a little shorter or longer. she still REQUIRES her nap and cannot function without it. she looks forward to it and knows she'll wake refreshed and ready to play again. if she ever cant nap for some reason, she falls asleep where she is (car, doctors office, etc)
