does anyone have a good, easy recipe for a meatloaf that's made with ground turkey breast?

  • Turkey is tricky when it comes to meatloaf. Put 3 tblsp of salsa, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion soup mix (half a pack), a few drops of Worshestershire sauce and grated cheese. Ladt 10 minutes tAKE OFF COVER and put provolone cheese, and salsa on top.

  • well i dont have one myself i usually use ground beef for meat loaf but check i just looked and there are a couple on there

  • italian meat loaf! Mix the turkey (about a pound) with a 14 oz can of diced italian tomatoes, 8oz chopped mushrooms, and chopped basil and garlic. For the bread crumbs- use a bag of italian croutons. Run them through the food processor or blender to make fine crumbs.
