  • Sure. I bowled on a league. I played golf when I was 41 weeks and carried my clubs.

  • I played volleyball while pregnant with all four! They say not lift heavy things because it can cause umbelical cord problems, but an 8 pound ball isn't to heavy. Just don't hurt yourself or let anyone drop the ball on your tummy (lol).

  • WARNING!! I bowled at around 30 + weeks. It was a blast, but Oooohhhh was I sore that night and the next day. Had contractions and leg cramps and my groin muscles were sore too. Just listen to your body and the minute you start feeling a little strained, STOP!! I didn't, and paid for it.

  • I would say check with your DR first, because they may tell you otherwise. Typically, if you haven't had any probelms then it will be fine, but I had a lot of problems so the biggest ball that I was told I could bowl with was 6lbs. Try fitting your swollen fingers into that thing! lol

    Have fun!
