  • Yes, you can make them. I made mine for about 5 bucks each. Well worth it!

  • I got prefolds from target for less than $20 a dozen and ordered thirsties covers online for $11 each. They're great and very well priced. I hear they've made improvements since I bought. Just google thirsties ir discount thirsties or something =) There's also craigslist or diaper swappers.

  • I found some good deals at consignment shops. Have made some prefolds. And the diaper service I used had them for sale, too, I believe. You could try a baby gear swap/clothing exchange.
I have noticed that some online companies have sales, too.

    I love cloth!! :-D

  • Depends on what you're looking for. Most of my diapers are Green and Comfy brand, and I got them on eBay. The starting price is 3.99 for an AIO, but of course, it is an auction. They are not yet a well known name though, so I do often get diapers for less then $5 a piece, and any auctions won within a 7 day period, the seller lets you combine shipping on. I happen to like these diapers A LOT. You might too.
