I usually have a cup of coffee with something in the morning but I am trying to cut back with the caffeine and sugar. I have yogurt and apples and bananas. I just don't feel like eating that even though I know it is healthier than what I have been eating.
It is weird I am hungry but nothing sounds appealing but yet I am trying not to indulge in the wrong things. Help!

Next time do as rklooms suggested or corn tortilla or whole wheat english muffin.Some of us just like 'bread' with breakfast.Work with it to make it a healthy choice.I love scrambled egg whites with salsa on corn tortilla or half of a whole wheat english muffin.Don't be disappointed figure out what made you need that,what you were craving and adjust it to a better choice for you.You'll make it.
