does walking daily really help smooth labor?

who walked daily and still had a long labor? how much do you have to walk for it to help? how many weeks were you when you started walking? what about prenatal yoga? i have a video and i feel like its not doing anything...

  • Walking daily doesn't mean you will have a shorter labor. You may be in better shape to handle labor.

  • What is it you're wanting it to do? It might help your labor once it begins~ guessing your not in labor now.
    It does help prenatally and during labor, especially.

  • Walking helps blood and oxygen flow and all around health. It may not help with the length of your labor but it will help you recover!
