what to do.

my 4.5 month old daughter keeps spitting up mucusy spit up. i cant figure out y. any advise

  • My kids do that when they have a cold - a lot of drainage down the back of their throat. For some reason they have it in the back of their throat, but not out their nose! Lol! My older son still will throw up the mucus. He is 3. If it's green she probably has an infection, otherwise I would treat it like a regular cold.

  • its acutally clear, and we do us a vicks humidifyer at night. so im sure thats where the drainage is coming from... so is it a good thing that she spits it up?

  • I would think that it's better to get it out than to take it back in to her body, right?
