Does it hurt? Mine hurts a little bit. Nothing that bad just a bit uncomfortable.

  • For me, it kinda tickles... I am really not sure how to explain it, but when the milk actually COMES out, its almost like you can feel the holes in your nipple expand and let liquid out... but I dunno... thats just me!

  • It feels like my breasts get really tight/hard. It is a bit uncomfortable but nothing painful.

  • Before it would sting slightly and become uncomfortable to a few moments and I would put pressure on my breast to relieve it slightly. I did have a strong let down, though. Now it seems to never happen. I'm okay with it. ;)

  • Tingly, and a bit of relief. Not everyone feels letdown though.

  • Like my nipple fell asleep lol, that pins and needles feeling.
Sometimes if I've gone more than afew hours without nursing then I nurse I have a much more intense letdown and it hurts a bit. But my dd usually nurses every hour/2 hours, so 4+ I get so engorged

  • I just get tingly then my son starts swallowing a lot. It only lasts for like 2 seconds though.

  • Mine would get very tingly, almost as if someone was running their fingers lightly down my breast.

  • Mine HURT. Painful pins and needles in the first weeks, then just strong tingles, then light tingles and then nothing...all over a period of months.

  • Never felt anything. The only reason I knew that I had let down is because I could hear DD swallowing.
