I have changed my diet. I eat very healthy now, veggies, lean chicken and meats, fruits, fiber and grain....why do I have such bad gas now? Is this what comes with eating healthy?

  • Make sure you're drinking lots of water and avoid the coffee/pop/anything "acidic" and that will help until you adjust.
