  • Jesus is NOT GOD, He is God's Son : )
he was baptized in the Holy Spirit sent from God , to Jesus, which was the HOLY unblemished spirit of the Father who did this so that we would see his spirit coming in all it's glory, is it God than,??? Yes from the Father, but is Jesus God himself, no, he cant lie, he said he does the work of his father, he is representative to the father, his father sent him to die, and be resurrected, His father God is the one above him and he said himself that he isn't equal to the Father, that is what would
have been thought of as blasphemy to the law of the Romans, Jews, as the laws of mankind to be equal with God, this is why they stoned Peter, because of the law not because he represented Jesus. Jesus was obedient to his father God above him and never sinned, he was sinless due to having the spirit of Holy Spirit Baptism. He said to the disciples that if you see"me, you have seen God," it mean

  • When you see me you have seen the Father meant that he was the word of the father to them to represent the father, not the equality of his father, he repeatedly said I am not here to represent myself but the one above me. That is proof that he represented his father not himself, he was what his father told him to do,,....... to say,......... to act, die, resurrect.,,,,,,,,,,and to get the followers of whom we are now today. listening and reading, ..........simply listening with our ears.
We aren't perfect, and he was according to his fathers' prophetic set of timed events by his son Jesus Christ.

  • If we uphold the law all the time we judge others and do to them what they did to Peter by the law, it's selfish and very unfaithful to turn our backs on what we hear when Jesus died for all of this, like if we are judgemental to all those who are not like us, but they are usually reaching out and don't like the word of God, and they are lost, they need more help than anyone, they are sad, lost, and asking for trouble, and it's really up to them to listen and to soak up the love the truth of Jesus and see his works of God's love sent through his Son, it's not hard, just stop thinking that their is no grace, it's god's grace that Jesus represents. Don't you see?? God had to send Jesus to die, yes ....he did................don't deny what is truth, and he (not God) was the one who died, .............God loved the world so much that he gave his only one begotten son,Jesus to take away the sins of this world, so that we can have

  • eternal life That means

LIFE FOREVER, is ...forever, (it's not a joke !)

Answer by Anonymous at 5:20 PM on Oct. 2, 2009

  • Baptism doesn't take away our sins. It is symbolic of Jesus' death burial and resurrection. It is what Christians do after they have asked for God to save them, as a symbol of their choice to live for Him and be born again.

Jesus was perfect, but He was baptized as an example to fulfill all righteousness.
