We started my dd on stage one first foods at 4 months.
Most are saying to forgo cereal for things like avacado and sweet potatoes.

  • My ped said not before 4 months, they cant digest it well. I waited until 5.5 months, even though my ped said to start at 4.5 months.

  • my dr said 4 months for our twins, but they had already been on rice for reflux so we didnt have to go through it first.

DS does great with it, but DD doesnt so were stopping with her and gonna try again in a month or so.

the recommended age is between 4-6 months so if your child is not ready dont push it, you can always try again later
