By increasing soy protein smoothies/shakes into your day your hair will become thicker. I drink soy shakes at least twice a day & my hair is very very thick. I have to keep it layered or I can't handle it.
Look in the "Bulk Foods" of your favorite store for 90% Isolated Soy Powder ( 1/4 cup) + 8 ounces of milk or soy milk + your favorite frozen fruit for flavor + vanilla yogart ( 2 Tablespoons-optional) blend well. Drink a couple of these daily & your hair will begin to get thicker.
