So my local Goodwill is hiring a Keyholder. What the heck is a keyholder?

  • At my work and my husbands a "keyholder" is like a shift leader. Someone that is responsible for locking up at the end of the shift and is pretty much in charge if the managers can't be there.

  • Yes, in retail I believe a 'keyholder' is like a sales associate with more responsibilities, but not a manager.
