  • OK. not being a prude.

    hard = about 6.... occasionally more like 7

    soft = disappears. Like he has to retrieve it to pee.

  • I actually have measured mine and its 7 1/2-8 hard, and about 5 1/2 soft. It kinda freaked me out because he is the only guy I have been with that is a show-er and not a grow-er lol!

  • Mine is about 7 hard and I don't know for sure but probably around 4-5 inches soft and he has huge boys to go with him. I love it all!!!
