Try more fresh air, and active play, anything to stimulate their appetite. Little ones eat when they are hungry, not just because the clock says so. I find fruit like grapes to be a great appetite stimulant, or even tangy things like 3 bean salad. My DD went through a saggy eating phase during the winter and spring(she's 23 mo. right now) and I got her moving, doing more, even though the weather was lousy, and it helped a lot. Also, don't over do milk right before mealtimes. Go for water, and do milk before nap. Hope that helps!
