I'm loving the sweet leaf extract stevia in my coffee & tea (where has this stuff been all my life?). I've tried some different brands from Truvia to Stevita to Spring Valley and so far I like Truvia and Spring Valley the best. I also love it in Celestial Seasonings Zinger mixers & I'm considering buying a cookbook to try it in baked goods.
What do you think of stevia? Do you have a favorite brand? Is it good to bake with? Is it the answer to America's obesity epidemic if they start using it in soda & sweets?
