  • I lost 15lbs (not an issue for me - I could have lost 40!), but I had boarder-line hyper-emesis. Couldn't keep anything down except plain unsalted crackers and water. However, since all my blood work stayed normal, and the baby was growing fine, the doctor didn't worry about it. I did gain 5lbs back the second trimester, and another 20 in the third. But two weeks after birth, I was 5lbs below pre-pregnancy weight, and lost another 35lbs in the first six months.

  • I only lost weight. -5lbs with my first and -10lbs with my second. I gained overall 31lbs with my 1st (from my orignal weight) and 20lbs with my second
