Are there any Deists on here?

I've been researching Deism a LOT and came across Christian Deism. It's starting to make perfect sense to me. Does anyone practice this or know anything about it?

  • Have you looked into a Unitarian Universalist church? You might luck up on other deists there. I know they are out there, somewhere. Probably more than you think.

Try meetup.com, too. Search nationally...you may not find any near you, but you might at least find some you can chat with and stuff.

  • My dad is a stroooooooong deist. He was raised Christian and became agnostic around age 18. Now at 51 he's a deist. He and I love talking religion, me being atheist it makes for some good discussions.

  • I'm just at a lost for finding others who are deists. They don't have churches (which is fine by me!) & I've even read that it's a dead religion. I know I'm not the only one, but I just can't find anyone else.
