Does anyone know of or has anyone tried the pill "A Mother's Milk"? Or something like that? It's suppose to increase your milk supply. I'd just like to know if it works and, if so, where I can find it?Answer Question

Fenugreek is the most well known herb. I've been told you can take up to 3 pills, 3x a day (by a lactation consultant). You might want to start out with 2, 3x a day and see is that works for you. I've used it, and it worked for me, but of course it doesn't work for everyone.
There's also something called Mother's Milk tea, I believe it contains fenugreek (but it also has anise, which I can't stand, so I've never tried it).
