Is there anything I can do naturally for anxiety? Vitamins ect??

I just realized all my questions tonight point towards severe anxiety. :/

  • Try to pin point what is triggering it. If you can do that, then you can figure out how to resolve the matter. Keep yourself healthy. Do things theraputic, whether it be a pedicure, a good book, bath, vacation, whatever. You do not want this disorder to manifest you life. You are in control. There is St. John's worts. Also releasing you problems and talking to others can help.

  • Calms Forte. Take 2-3 to sleep, just one to relax.

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy. It teaches you to notice the triggers and 'talk your body down' so to speak. Pick up a book called Don't Panic. Good Luck!!

  • Cut out refined sugar, caffeine and any other stimulants.

    Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.


    Have someone to talk to.

    Learn how to calm yourself down - do something relaxing like yoga.
