  • Try to pin point what is triggering it. If you can do that, then you can figure out how to resolve the matter. Keep yourself healthy. Do things theraputic, whether it be a pedicure, a good book, bath, vacation, whatever. You do not want this disorder to manifest you life. You are in control. There is St. John's worts. Also releasing you problems and talking to others can help.

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy. It teaches you to notice the triggers and 'talk your body down' so to speak. Pick up a book called Don't Panic. http://www.amazon.com/Dont-Panic-Third-Control-Anxiety/dp/0061582441/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1254744218&sr=1-5 Good Luck!!
