Can somebody give me a sample menu for their 1 year old?

My son has been a formula baby. I was wondering what I should give him more now at 1.
Doc said milk starts at 1 yr old.

  • Emi is still BF so she only gets water in her sippy. I think he needs 16-24 oz of whole milk? Not sure cause we wont be doing any milk for her.
    Here's her food today:

Breakfast: Pancake and fruit(blueberries or canned pears) Water sippy
(breakfast was late so no morning snack)
Lunch: Meatball, zucchini, onion, mushroom, and pasta.
    Snack: sweet potato teething cookie(homemade)
Dinner: Broccoli, beans, rice and yellow squash.

Just offer him healthy food whenever you eat. That's what I do with mine at least. :)
