the 99 restaurant

Has anyone ever had the braised beef at the 99? Well we love it and id love to know how they make it,,also , how come when i do a potroast in crock pot,,,,it pulls apart, but real dry inside??? help

  • The temps either too high and/or you cook it too long.
    I haven't heard of the 99 Restaurant so I can't help you there! :]

    Also, if you undercook the roast just a tad, and let it cool, it'll be nice and moist as well.

  • they are probably using a nice marbled cut of meat like chuck roast. do they have a web site? where is it? low and slow. brown your meat first
