Do you consider pornography a form of legal prostitution?

I think it is. They are having sex for money, and I think it is a form of legal prostitution even if it is taped for someone else's enjoyment. What about you?

  • It's funny that you brought this up! I'd never really thought about it myself, but my 17 year old son (who wants to be a lawyer) just said the same thing. We had an interesting conversation about it, and I'd have to say it's true......they're getting paid to have sex, how is that different??

  • Yes, I sure do. Those girls have absolutely no shame either putting it out there for all of the world to see.

  • No. It's a movie. It's not real sex.

  • How is it not "real" sex.? That make abosolutely no senses. In movies, they "pretend" to shoot people and hit people, they don't pretend to penetrate, and ejaculate. Not the same at all!

  • absolutely not. Both people in the movie are being paid to have sex with each other. The definition on prostitution is someone paying another person to have sex with them.
