How much water do 'they' say you should drink per day? Do you drink more or less?

  • 72 oz is what they say of non caffiene beverages, I have been on a diet and this is harder than I thought! I always assumed I drank plenty, but when you start to measure it it is more than you think!

  • Isn't it 8 glasses a day that is supposed to be the recommended amount? Whatever it is, I know I don't get it!!

  • i've heard 8 8oz and half your body weight in ounces. I do half my body weight in ounces.

  • Used to be 8-8oz glasses a day now its like half your body weight.

    I do ok, some days I could do better. Usually anywhere from 34-105 or so ounces is what I do.

  • i drink 7-10 bottles of water a day...16.9 oz per bottle so im drowning in what can i say i love it....
