What is the best way to look well rested when you feel so tired without caffeine?

  • If your blood vessels are very visible, you could be ingesting too much sodium. More water, more vitamin C. There is a drink mix called Emergen-C that has tons of good vitamins. It'll give you an energy boost without caffeine.

  • Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day
    Cut way back on meat and dairy
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day
    Eat at least 2 servings of legumes a day
