  • neither are good for you, use honey or maple syrup as a natural sweetener.

  • Ok, my brother has type 1 diabetes. He has used Equal and now Splenda as he has no other options. He cannot use honey or syrup as it would send his blood sugar through the roof. He has been living with this since he was 12, he is now 36. He does not have MS or Lupus etc. Sugar substitutes are not a cause of diabetes. Diabetes is genetic/hereditary.

  • Stevia is way better for you. Organic sugar would be best if you don't like honey . Splenda, sweetnlow, all those 'sweeteners" are deadly!!. White sugar is bleached, just like white flour and white coffee filters

  • I use an all natural sweetener. Right now I'm using Truvia. I tried Stevia too and liked it. They have them in the baking isle or organic isle.
