Why aren't Doctors recommending to vaccinate babies less than 6 months old with the Flu vaccine?

  • I think it's because they haven't done enough studies on the flu vaccine in infants under 6 months old therefor it isn't approved for them.

  • I don't know but they never have. I do know that my doctor said for the rest of the family to make sure to get vaccinated to protect one under 6 months.

  • Yep...they never have recommended them before 6 months.
