If you had a couple skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thawed and ready to cook for dinner tonight, what would you make?

  • I would put them between plastic and pound them out a bit, then bread them and fry them in a little canola oil. Boil some noodles, any kind, then make an easy tomato sauce ,pour over it. Sprinkle with any kind of shredded cheese and parm and put under the broiler on low for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.. There ys have it, Chicken Parmesan.

  • boil them, shred them, mix in w/bbq sauce, put it on a pizza crust cover in mozzarella bake, til crust is done. bbq chicken pizza
    season how you like, bake at 450 til done, remove from oven cover in cheddar cheese and cooked bacon put back in oven for about 10 mins til cheese melts
    marinade in basalmic vinagrette for about 30 mins, bake at 450 til done, remove from oven, cover in mozzarella and basil put back in til cheese is melted.

  • I'd cube them...saute them in a bit of olive oil and butter....some basil....olives cut in half (cooking some pasta while doing this) if you have some cherry or grape tomatoes...halve them...toss them in. Add a bit of chicken broth when the chicken is done...about 1/2 cup......add the cooked pasta....salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste....mix it up...adding some of the pasta water. Some parmesan cheese and chopped parsley...and dinner's on!

  • I sometimes mix together some bisquick, pepper and salt and dip the the chicken in the mix. Then bake at 425 until no longer pink inside.
