Does anyone else see the irony in this?

You want a public option in the healthcare bill but you will not be getting the H1N1 vaccine because you are wary of it's safety (approved by the government)? So, which is it? The government is trying to save us through healthcare policy or kill us throught healthcare policy?

  • I want Universal Health Care and I also think the flu shot is great. I am so amazed that there are so many Moms who actually don't want their kids (or themselves) to get the Flu shot....OR any vaccinations. There is a whole cult of them who keep whining "I won't vax my kids". LOLOL. VAX. LOL.

  • Anon, I do NOT want A public Option, I DO Vaccinate my son we will get the seasonal flu shot...BUT I am NOT getting the MYSTERY MEAT of vaccines called the Swine Flu shot!

  • We vax, but don't get flu shots. Won't do it this year either.

Answer by mancosmomma at 7:35 PM on Oct. 6, 2009

  • We will get the seasonal flu shot if necessary---of course chicken soup and OJ do the same thing.

as for the vax, no thanks--after six weeks testing?! NOT FOR MY DOG!

as for healthcare---you really think the govt takeover is better? you gals are weirder than I thought.

but then again I READ my history book, not use it as a book end...

  • Health care option is just that another option.

If you decide NOT to get the H1N1 vaccine, that is your option.

Both are the same. All about choices and options.
