Fitness while pregnant?

Okay im 29 weeks pregnant. For some time now i've been having a lower back problem. It's in the middle of my lower back and in the right side of my hip. When I move I feel like my hip is going to give out on me, and I DO NOT want to fall... When i first got pregnant I would walk all the time but now im afraid to cause I dont want my hip to go out on me and me not be able to get home haha. I was told walking is good for me but I really cant with this pain. Any suggestions on how i can get around this?

  • prenatal yoga will strengthen your joints and make you more flexible.
