What do you want to know about the H1N1 virus and the vaccine?

I also posted this in the health section, but thought I'd cross-post it here.

I'm planning an interview with a public health official on the topic, and while I've come up with a few questions of my own, I'd like to know what you ladies would want to know if you had a chance to talk with him.

  • What are exact risks/side effects? Is there a chance that someone with a compromised immune system can catch it from you if you have gotten it? What are the risks associated with nursing and getting it? I can't get any answers where I live- too rural- and I know I will have to get it b/c my husband has a severely compromised immune system and cannot get it, but is in the high risk category for it. Plus, my MIL has been exposed to it already, at the school she works at.
