better bedtime for my 3 month son

within the past 2/3 weeks he has started sleeping through the night. i let him sleep when he wants a nap. but he usually goes down between 10ish and 11ish. but daddi dont come home till about 11:30pm and i want our son to be able to see his daddi when he comes home. but 11pm is too late for a 3month old. i thought about putting him down at 9pm and getting him up when daddi comes home. and i could feed him so he'll last through the night... but at the same time i dont want to wake a sleeping baby. :( any advise on how to create a schedual?

  • Just start waking him a little earlier than normal and then putting him back down when you are ready. Just slowly change his schedule and then you will be able to adjust as you see fit.

  • My son is 9 months and i would give anything to have him sleep through the night so if i were you i wouldn't mess with his schedule cause it sounds like your son has a good thing going. Is there anyway he can play with his daddy during the day more? Seriously schedules are very important and i would hate for things to change on him and he start waking more at night. Cause mommies sleep is just as important. It is important for daddy and baby time just maybe not at night.

  • I would let him sleep, there can be other play time with daddy and baby. It may start a bad habit,
if he is sleeping good don't mess with it.
