  • My daughter sleeps from 8.00pm till 0600 am everyday, sometimes a little bit longer, sometimes a little bit shorter. She takes two short naps during the day but that's ok with me, as long as she continues to sleep great during the night she can do whatever she wants during the day!

  • My 8 month old sleeps from 9 pm to 8:30 am takes a nap from 12:30 - 2:30. Just kept putting him down at the same time everynight and on nights he would rather play I just turn his light off everything except nightlite and classical music or lullbyes and after a while of him lying there he will fall asleep. I also make sure he gets up when he is supposed to i rarely let him sleep until he just wakes up. We also do the same routine every night dinner, bath, night time snack and then my 11 yr old son practices the violin to his little brothers and we do this everynight even when we went on vacation. I think if you just make it habit to them they know when its time for them to go to sleep.
