Anyone against getting flu shots for infants?

  • Nope... If I get a flu shot, you can bet it will be an adult shot. I don't think an infant shot would work on me!!

  • I honestly dont like the idea. I personally dont get a flu shot. To make the vaccine they use the strand from last year. There are a bunch of different strands so you never know if your getting the actual vaccine. Plus if you can get flu symptoms I just wouldn't want to take the chance. JMO

  • Most flu shots have thimerosal, a preservative made from mercury. Not safe. If you feel you or your child need the shot, request a thimerosal free one. They are harder to find.
