  • Here's one that's quick and easy, or what about breakfast for dinner, or a big dinner salad with cold cuts on top. Or canned soup and sandwiches.
    Skillet Beef & Noodles

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tablespoons oil
2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cut in cubes
    1 1/2 cups noodles, cooked
Cook noodles as package directs. Brown hamburger, garlic, onion & green pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook 5-10 minutes. Add tomato sauce. Cook 10 minutes. Turn down heat. Add cream cheese and cooked, drained noodles. Stir until cheese is well blended.

  • I'm making fajitas. Also, I go to Kraftfoods.com. You can look thru all sorts of recipes, "keep" the ones you like. It also has a tool to plan a weekly menu and give you a shopping list!

  • oh also, i get a lot of really really good recipes from www.allrecipes.com go there and type in something you like or an ingredient like "chicken" or whatever, and then you can sort it by relevance or by rating and i think a few other things. i choose to sort it by rating and then pick the one with the best stars and read the comments because sometimes people make suggestions that make it better!

  • I make this thing called Taco Casserole, that I found in a magazine, it sounds odd, but it is a favorite everywhere I take it.

    what you need is:

    ~1lb ground burger
    ~2 cups bow tie pasta
    ~2 cups shredded cheese
    ~1 jar salsa
    ~taco seasoning
    ~black beans(optional)
    ~Doritos

Cook and drain noodles, brown the meat and mix the taco seasoning as it says to do on the taco seasoning packet, then mix all ingredients together expect the Doritos. Put in a casserole dish, and top with crushed Doritos, back in the oven at about 350-375 for about 5-10 min.

  • Dijon Pork Chops and Skinny Mashed Potatoes
    INGREDIENTS
    3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 (4 ounce) boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    Dash pepper
    DIRECTIONS
Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops. Place in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Combine crumbs and pepper; press onto top and sides of chop. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear and topping is lightly browned.
    Skinny Mashed Potatoes
5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
    2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) Swanson Chicken Broth (3 1/2 cups)
    Generous dash pepper
In medium saucepan place uncooked potatoes and broth. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain, reserving broth.
Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 cups broth and pepper. If needed, add additional broth with pot
