I asked this before but I didn't get any answers, I guess I wasn't specific enough:

What does eating clean mean? I have heard people say that eating clean and working out will help keep you healthy and fit, so what does that mean? Eating clean?

  • Here is some info from the Eat-Clean Diet Website

When you Eat Clean you eat more often. You will eat lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. These practices keep your blood-sugar levels stable and keep you satisfied.

  • it means no prossesed foods (like frozen dinners or canned soups) no surgars (eat nautural sugars like fruit and REAL peanut butter not the jiff kind) whole grains (whole grain breads, brown rice whole wheat pasta) protien (fish, chicken, lean pork and lean beef) fresh veggies. also things like flaxseed bee pollen and vitamins. I suggest picking up the Eat Clean book (you can get it at amazon) and there is also an Eat Clean group right here at CM...if you need anymore info i am a pm away :)

  • I would think eating clean means "don't overeat". Don't pick from others plates. Don't accept what u don't want or need and last but not least don't be greedy.
