What kind of bottles should I get?

Currently trying to finish up the registry and I'm having a hard time figuring out which bottle to choose. What's your favorite? Are there any you would avoid, and why? Thanks.

  • Some babies will refuse certain bottles. I wouldn't get a bunch of anything until I found out what my child did and did not like.

  • I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee Nuk bottles. They are by far my fave. They even have the transition sippy cups, which I'm using now.

  • I love the Dr. Browns bottles. Sure, there are extra pieces to clean but my daughter stopped spitting up and farting all the time, so they work for us. I HATED the Nuby silicone nurser bottles, the Adiri natural nurser bottles, and the Playtex Drop-Ins. Nuby bottles never got clean enough, there was always a film on the inside of the bottle. Adiri leaked something fierce. Drop Ins have a terrible smell that also flavored her milk so she wouldn't drink it and the refills are expensive.

  • I used the laytex drop ins... no gassiness, and I think the nipples were more "people like". I also used the Avent, he wasn't picky.
