hi ladies my boys will be turning two soon i decided to have the party Nov 7th a Saturday.... but thats about it i have a few local parks i would love to host it at but have a sinking feeling it'll be rainy out or a bit toooo chilly,,, haha we live in so. california i doubt it'll be under 70's but what if it rains? otherwise my inlaws offered there beautifull house but it has a pool and god forbid something breaks i'll never hear the end of it.... last resort i guess we can have it in our house but what will i do with all the kids... a girlfreind suggested our local BK they have a great indoor gym but doesn't really seem right... any ideas then comes the theme.... willy loves thomas billy loves bob should i even do a theme? birthday planning how fun... what were your expiriences? might i add that i'm on a really itty bitty tiny tinsy wiensy budget... :)

  • you could always get a thomas cake with bob building his station with bob figures that you buy . i don't see why you can't have both kinds of party excessories. after all you do heve 2 little personalities to deal with. I would have the party at my house it is safest for them for potty time or tired little boys after the party. yes it is always nice to have someone else clean up, but you still have to worry about getting the food cake drinks decorations and the children to the party. appossed to getting thing out of the fridg or oven. You can have the party themed the twins favorites. serve their favorite everything so if you serve mac-n-cheese and mini burgers no one wil think anything of it and it will e fun. you could serve a punch with their favorite flavor of juice to up scale the drink have more fun then trying to impress. Racheal Ray said one time that fun food = fun people ; ) sofisticated food =stuffy people
