Dose anyone know how much I should weigh?

I am 5'0 and I am 129lb now but I know for my height I am overweight.

  • If you are medium frame you should weigh 113-126. You are just a little overweight. If you drink anything other than water you may be able to loose 5 pounds by only drinking water, being a little more careful about what you eat, and being a little more active.

  • I am drinking only water and I used to work out everyday but now I dont and I still am losing weight I dont know how I eat normal lol but I am going to the gym now to lose my last 9lb

  • Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.

  • Actually you are not that overweight. For your height, you should be between 95-120. If you are looking to lose some extra weight, I can email you a couple of tips that helped me :). I would post them here, but it's too long to post. It's only fifteen tips. Just let me know :)
