How is it possible?

How is it possible that the people on the biggest loser drops 20lbs in a week and I work my butt off and cant drop 20 lbs in 2 months?

    in one month not even trying i dropped 20 pounds, no excercise just taking the pills and shakes ate as i normally did.


    This stuff is safer than water. Good for those with diabetes and health problems , cause its bioinert. means its not absorbed by the body.

  • One of the main reasons is because they work out all day every day. Most of the time they don't have the temptations of the real world there on the ranch. Also...think of how big they are too and think of things in the percentage of weight loss!

  • How often do you exercise? Is it for more than an hour a day every day? Also, have you gotten your thyroid checked? An underactive thyroid will prevent you from losing weight if it is left untreated.
