Broken skin/blemishes

I have healing blemishes on my face and need tips on how to kee my make up from caking up on them.

I usually use a cover stick and then mineral foundation.

  • Apply the moisturizer and primer, then can remove any obvious flakes with tweezers, being careful not to tear open the skin. A waxy lip balm like chapstick (not menthol flavored!) dabbed over the spot will help flatten out any remaining flakes and works especially well over healing blemishes that are dried out but still flaking/raised. Then apply your concealer/corrector and foundation.

  • lotion on your face or a sunblock.. try that. If its in your budget go and get a facial.
