I eat very poorly. My question is, if i start working out 3 hours a day, and not change my eating habits, will i lose weight from just exercise alone?

  • in order to loose weight, you have to either eat less calories then you burn, or burn more calories then you eat. so if you eat 2500 calories a day but you only burn 1000, your not going to loose weight no matter what it is you eat. what you need to do is exercise, eat healthy for the most part, and then give yourself some treats on the weekends yano?

  • Exercise will help anyone lose weight. Also, if you don't plan your meals better, you'll just gorge on junk after working out. You can't eat half a chocolate cake after 3 hours at the gym and have a small butt.
    If you are eating junk, you'll feel AWFUL. 3 hour work outs are serious stuff. You need to replenish with good nutrients and water.

    start small. vow to only drink water for week one. maybe cut out fast food in week 2. you'll build up a new healthy habit each week and in 6 months be a hottie with the body pro at this.

  • The short answer is yes. You will lose weight just by exercising. However, the amount will be very miniscule and won't last. Maybe you'll lose five lbs. But the minute you stop exercising, you will gain it back because you're diet hasn't changed. To get the most out of your weight loss you have to eat better.

    You have to burn more cals than you r taken in if you want to lose the weight. I would say if you r eating bad and only work out 3 days go to 5 days. Thats just my opinion!

  • Grow up and eat healthy. You will set a great example for your kids, live longer, be healthier and have more energy.

    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on meat and dairy.
