need help

even tho my daughter has adhd should i do anything different with her like with time out?

OR should i do what any parent would do with a child that doesnt have adhd ?

  • I would do the just have to be more persistent and keep your head on straight while maintaining patients. I dont believe in adhd.....your child like the rest I think just have over active minds that need the play time!

  • Children with adhd still need to learn to function in the real world and follow directions. I believe you need to be stricter with her. Do not use or allow her to use adhd as a handicap excuse. It's not!

    Before being diagnosed with adhd, did the dr rule out all other possible causes including food sensitivities? A simple food panel rast test for IgG is all it takes. This is done by blood draw.

    In the meantime, remove all artificial colors & flavors, HFCS, limit processed foods. Serve whole foods: meat, veggies, fruits.
