  • I know women usually ovulate one side one month and one side another month. Just have to figure out what side she is on. I have heard that one working overy makes it harder to get pregnant but not impossible. My friend is about 2 months pregnant with one working overy

  • #1. If she doesn't have the money for a doctor, she shouldn't be ttc.
#2. If she only has one ovary, she's only fertile every other month - she needs to know which ovary she has and obviously ttc every other month when that ovary is popping an egg off.
#3. I still don't get ttc if you don't have money! (or your friend, apparently).
#4. BC isn't going to help her ttc - it's going to keep her from ovulating, and she needs to ovulate to conceive.
